Dr Dog's 3rd visit to Silver Jubilee Home For The Aged

The Dr. Dogs are back for the 3rd time at the Home For The Aged. The visiting method are the same as the last two visits. The dogs will be split into 2 groups where they will take turns visiting the female and male ward. After they have completed the ward, they will then proceed to the common area for their final rounds before calling it a day.

Jipu

We were recently contacted for a photo session for a pug named Jipu. He is an old and lovely dog but due to his age, he gets tired very fast. It was a fun session and everyone including Jipu had a great time. Below are some of the photos from the photo session.

Dr Dog's 2nd visit to Silver Jubilee Home For The Aged

Dr. Dog first visited the Silver Jubilee Home For The Aged on 20th March 2014. They are back for their rounds at the Home For The Aged. The visiting method are the same as the last visit. Dr. Dog's 2nd Visit to Autistic Childrens Center

Once again Dr. Dog (Pg) was called to visit the Autistic Childrens Center. This is their 2nd visit for the year. The visit starts by introducing the Dr. to the group and they were then split into 3 separate stations. Below are some photos from the visit:

Dr. Dog visits Silver Jubilee Home For The Aged

This is the first visit of Dr. Dog (Penang) in 2014. They were invited to visit the Silver Jubilee Home For The Aged. The doctors were split into 2 groups of 4 to visit both the male and female wards. After visiting their respective ward for 15 mins, the doctors were asked to change wards.

After visiting both wards, the doctors were asked to visit the common area/canteen. There were mixed emotions when the doctors went to the common area. Some were excited to see them and some were scared. After doing their rounds, they were then brought in to the tv area where refreshments were served. Below are a few photos of the doctors visit.

How We Do It?

At Penang Pets Photography we celebrate animals. We are deeply aware of the value animals add to our lives from our work with the GrASS. We would like to create a beautiful photograph of your pet that will be remembered always and in the times to come.

OVERVIEW: We shoot on-location, generally at the client's home, or at our studio located on Penang Island. We prefer our sessions to take on a life of their own and flow easily with your pet's personality and energy level. Pet photography, dog photography in particular, requires constant understanding, adaptability and flexibility!

THE PROCESS: We begin by having a consultation session with the client. This is the first step in creating special images of your pet(s). The consultation is a Q&A session that helps us to learn more about you and your pet so that we are able to obtain a more natural approach in photographing them. If we are shooting at your home expect some additional questions that will help us understand what to expect regarding lighting and backgrounds. If you have chosen a home session, we may request to visit your home prior to the shoot. Sessions on Penang Island are often handled by phone and emails.

THE PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION: Our goal at Penang Pets Photography is to capture images of your pet's personality in their most natural state. Since we will already have a good idea of the final image we'd like to create, this is often the easiest part. Of course, because we are photographing pets - anything can happen! Our vast experience with animals allows us to go with that flow, capture natural expressions, images that are outstanding.

If you choose a LOCATION SESSION we prefer to come to your home where your pet is most comfortable.

The best images are captured when pets feels the most comfortable which allows them to move and act freely. We will shoot both inside (if you prefer) and out using natural light and ask that there be areas of significant shade. We also insist that any outside areas be fenced or secure for your pet's safety.

Some people prefer a STUDIO SESSION. For those pets who acclimate quickly and travel well, a studio session allows us to take a different approach. In the studio we like to get creative with lighting and settings. The sessions are still playful and stress-free - just a bit more controlled. It really depends on the final product you envision as well as your pet's personality.

YOUR IMAGES will be ready two to three weeks or more after your session depending on the workload and we will contact you for an appointment to select the photographs.

ORDERING SESSION: Our photographers are always available, and prefer to meet up with you to finalize your order, review photographs, and discuss your designs.
